Obama’s Legacy is Obamagate

What do you call it when a group of powerful politicians on taxpayer-funded incomes commit high crimes against another party in order to bring down their leader, and then circulate the lie of a fake higher crime involving that leader in order to cover up the trail of their own original high crimes?

You call it Obamagate.

The high crimes which the Obama administration committed were longstanding illegal surveillance, espionage, perjury traps and an attempted political coup to bring down the Trump presidency and thus overturn the outcome of the 2016 general election. This is the very definition of treason.

But it all started out as an attempt to fix the election for Hillary Clinton, which just shows us how threatening Trump was to them from the get-go, despite their constant mockery of him not being a serious contender. At some point, he became so serious a contender that they were prepared to break a whole lot of laws to keep him out. 

By surveilling members of the Trump campaign, which included the ability to spy on those staffers’ contacts and the contacts of those contacts, Obama loyalists cast a very broad net of information phishing allowing them to know in advance what Trump’s campaign strategies would’ve been and what the content of his upcoming speeches and debates would have been on the campaign trail.  Remember when CNN gave the election debate questions to Hillary Clinton in advance through Donna Brazil?  The whole process was fixed for Clinton, yet still she lost against all odds and despite all the unethical favours.

This truly is one for the history books. American political scandals do not get any more bloody serious than Obamagate.  When commenters claim that Watergate pales in comparison to the corruption which has unfolded here, they are not indulging in hyperbole. 

But Obamagate?
 
This is the motherlode of scandals, for it not only spied upon the Trump campaign in Trump Tower, but also Trump’s transition team when he was the President-elect, they then continued this abuse of corrupted power into Trump’s presidency well after his inauguration day.
 
When Trump announced publicly in March of 2017 that he had reason to believe that Obama had seen to it that he was “wire-tapped,” spied upon during his campaign and thereafter, the media went ballistic and hurled abuse at him beyond the usual high volume of abuse we had become accustomed to.

Only it was true.
 
With the intelligence agencies obediently weaponised against Trump, the CIA under John Brennan, the FBI under James Comey, the DNI under James Clapper and the Department of Justice under Loretta Lynch, all turned a blind eye to Hillary Clinton’s outrageous crimes of deleting over 30,000 emails, bleaching her server, smashing up laptops, blackberries and iPhones – then they insisted that the whole country focus its attention through a complicit media onto the shiny new toy called the Russia Hoax.  

These operatives, with the devotion of their media sycophants, seriously tried to trick Americans into believing that Donald J Trump was a Russian asset on the payroll of Putin’s Kremlin!

There’s not a chance in hell that Obama has not been a central player in all of this corruption, in fact it would’ve been carried out on his orders, as James Clapper let slip in an interview late last year:
 
“My main concern was with the Russians and the threat posed by the Russians to our very political fabric and ugh, the message I’m getting from all of this is apparently what we were supposed to have done was to ignore the Russian interference, ignore the Russian meddling and the threat that it poses to us and oh by the way, blown off what the then commander-in-chief, President Obama, told us to do, which was to assemble all of the reporting we could.”  

You see how this worked?

The Democratic elites, all the way up to Obama, interfered with the American election, meddled in the American election and tried to fix the outcome of the American election – and then sought to overthrow the results of the American election (a soft coup) by claiming it was Russia and Putin doing these things through President Trump and his people. “To assemble all of the reporting we could,” as Clapper put it, means to illegally spy, spin and leak. Then they built a fake case against the president.  

Had Hillary Clinton won the 2016 election, none of this corruption ever would’ve seen the light of day. Her losing caused them immense panic and then the narrative of “Russia collusion” became their single greatest focus for the following two years under the eye of the Robert Mueller investigation, which yielded not a scrap of evidence. Disgustingly, they had to pin election meddling onto Trump to protect their own involvement in election meddling from ever being found out.

But it has been found out.
 
Remarkably, President Trump has survived through all this non-stop enmity, deceit and corruption relatively unscathed – and now he has the COVID-19 crisis with all which that brings with it pertaining to China. But just imagine for a moment what Trump could’ve accomplished in his first term of being president if the Democrats could’ve worked with him, at least some of the time, on important issues like trade, private wealth creation, health care, education, infrastructure and protecting the Republic’s longstanding tradition of tenaciously upholding civil liberties?

Despite the obvious obstruction of Democrats, Trump has forged ahead anyway and made incredible gains for Americans on all these important issues, especially on the economy before Covid. But he’s had to do it with one hand tied behind his back – which has been the plan all along for the deep state resistance, if they couldn’t just oust him outright. And they tried – and then they tried again with the pathetic impeachment show trial. 

Note that it is still these same usual suspects who are against the U.S economy opening up again after Covid. They simply relish Trump’s economy taking a nose dive.
 
But quietly behind the scenes, Attorney General Bill Barr and U.S attorney John Durham have not let the Obama administration get away with the crimes of Obamagate.  We’re on the verge of finding out exactly what that will look like when Durham’s investigative report on Obamagate is released soon to the D.O.J.

Superman’s iconoclastic “Truth, Justice and the American Way” still means so much to the hearts of many people, even beyond the shores of America. For the Republic to survive as well as thrive, not only must justice be done, it must be seen to be done.

As we await the hard facts on the extent of Obamagate corruption which will be contained in Durham’s report, one thing is as clear as a millpond on a still day, and that is the Obama legacy will go down in history as the most corrosively divisive presidency America has had to contend with in well over a century.

Thank Providence, or more realistically, thank Trump since he’s the one who takes all the hostile incoming, that we didn’t get to see Obama’s legacy continue in the form of Hillary Clinton.
